- create mortgage plans that complement my clients’ overall financial strategy and that allow them to most effectively accomplish their financial goals
- be sensitive to the fears that many home buyers have about obtaining a mortgage loan and earn their confidence as a trusted advisor
- respect my client’s time and minimize the amount of effort required of them by applying my knowledge, experience and resourcefulness
- monitor my client’s mortgages on an ongoing basis and keep them informed via email updates and my Annual Mortgage Check-up
- measure my success by my clients’ willingness to confidently recommend me
- take full responsibility for my actions and be honest at all times.
I will do this by:
- using state-of-the-art technology to complement my customer service, making adjustments when necessary to avoid overwhelming my clients who are less technically proficient
- communicating regularly and proactively with my clients to keep them informed of the status of their loan and to reduce the stress that is associated with uncertainty
- improving the quality of my service by encouraging each client to critically evaluate my performance.
